We acquired the land on Warwick Road, Old Trafford, in 2019. After successfully obtaining planning permission for 89 apartments, we sold the site in 2024.

In 2020, we sourced an empty plot on Regent Street, Leeds, which had planning permission for 229 apartments. This site was then acquired for RISE Homes Ltd. Subsequently, we led the project to improve build efficiency, successfully delivering a building with 185 apartments for the build-to-rent sector, with completion scheduled

We bought the former Gamecock Pub in Hulme, Manchester, in 2018. After numerous discussions with the planning department, we brought forward a scheme with Curlew Capital and subsequently obtained planning permission for 146 student beds in 2024

In 2015, we purchased a partially built office complex of six units from administration. We completed the construction and sold all the units in 2016

In 2005, we purchased an old mill in Heaton Moor, Stockport. By 2006, we had converted it into six luxury apartments.

In 2010, a client approached us as a shareholder of a site on Bishopsgate, London, which had planning permission and was partially built for a large office.
