Subsequently, we led the project to improve build efficiency, successfully delivering a building with 185 apartments for the build-to-rent sector, with completion scheduled

We bought the former Gamecock Pub in Hulme, Manchester, in 2018. After numerous discussions with the planning department, we brought forward a scheme with Curlew Capital and subsequently obtained planning permission for 146 student beds in 2024
