In 2020, Jumani Holdings sourced an empty Regent Street plot that held planning permission for 229 apartments. The site was acquired for RISE Homes Ltd and the delivery strategy was subsequently reshaped around a 185-home build-to-rent scheme.

A consented scheme is not automatically the most efficient or deliverable scheme. The project required a fresh commercial review of design, construction efficiency and the requirements of the build-to-rent model.
