Founded in 2004, Jumani Holdings has built its experience across UK property investment, development, planning, asset management and capital structuring.
Today, Saudi Arabia is our principal growth market. We combine that established UK foundation with local engagement across Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, alongside carefully selected opportunities in Qatar and the wider GCC.
We work with landowners, investors, family offices, developers and ambitious businesses. Where interests align, we may also co-invest alongside family offices and strategic partners.

FOUNDER
Jacob Jumani
Jacob Jumani began sourcing and investing in UK property in 2004. His experience spans land acquisition, planning, residential and commercial development, distressed and value-add assets, portfolio oversight, investor representation and capital strategy.
He now works across Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, developing Jumani Holdings' Saudi platform while maintaining the relationships and commercial experience established in the UK.
Jacob also contributes to family-office, investment and real-estate discussions in the Middle East and United Kingdom.
